Please Note: All money from the sale of our puppies goes to the Gabby Jack Ranch, a division of the Canine Service Connection, a non-profit corporation. Puppy must be paid for in full one week prior to delivery.

2. Are you applying for a service dog, a pet puppy, breeding stock or guardian? (If applying for a service dog or as a guardian home, we may send additional materials to support a more comprehensive application.)

 

 

3.  Does anyone in your family suffer from allergies to dogs? If so, please explain.

 

 

4. Why did you select a Labradoodle/Goldendoodle/North American Retriever (Double Doodle) for your family?

 

 

 

5. Where will your puppy live (as a puppy and as an adult)?  Do you have a fenced yard?

9. It is very easy to get caught up in the excitement of a new puppy, but are you prepared for the “honeymoon” to end? Do you realize that puppies have a LOT of energy and that they sometimes chew, dig, bark and cry at night? Sometimes they get sick and mess/vomit on floors. Sometimes they scratch at doors and chew on furniture. Some people are not prepared for this. Please take some time to respond and tell me how you will deal with the negative side of puppy-hood.
